Very easy to customise, allows you to play any sound you have access to when you teleport or enter a new region while wearing it.
It doesn't work on the first use, but will start working after that.
I commend the creator of this item, as it really enhances the Second Life experience and it's available for such a great price!
Is NOT Transferable !
According to the MarketPlace Page this sounder is checked as being Copyable, Modifiable & Transferable. I purchased one and when I received it it was No Transfer.
As long as this is not an issue with you, it's ok.
