Restrict access to your land with this easy to use security system. Just rez the box (stick it to a wall, like a real-life security system) and add the names of your guests to the guest list inside.
It's really that simple.
The script is full perm and the box is available in seven colors (see images).
All you need is some land, eject rights and the Guest Box, to keep strangers away.
Advanced options can be set as described in the instructions notecard. These include:
- Custom warning message
- Custom time between warning and eject
- Custom scanning area setup to allow public access to the ground, and restrict access in your skybox
* Caution! It appears that non-transfer boxes cannot be deeded to group. No-copy/trans versions will be added to the pack soon.

Awesome! I finally got this working, and I didn't even need to ask for help, heh. For L$10 this is an unbelievable value!
I love the flexibility of this lil' doo-dad. I own multiple non-contiguous parcels in one mainland region, and my private "home" stretches across two of those parcels. I don't mind if visitors check out the surrounding area or my other parcels -- I worked hard on all of it! -- but I'd prefer people not try to TP into my private house, which has real-life photos and other mementos inside. But ban lines look awful (and they're honestly kind of pointless), plus it's a hassle to add visitors' names to the manifests for *two* land parcels every time I want them to come over for a game of Scrabble.
I wasn't sure the Guest Box would work with coordinates for one house stretched across two parcels, but it's no problem! I just made sure everything was set up correctly in the Advanced Settings script, and voila! I had a little bit of trouble because I didn't realize that the "lower" coordinate should be SW and the "highest" boundary should be set to the NE -- I had the two numbers reversed -- but once I swapped them, everything worked exactly as intended.
Thanks for a great product! It adapted to my needs well, and I also had a lot of fun watching my alt fly through the air each time she was ejected from the property.
Very well .
Very convenient and easy to use security, much better than most expensive counterparts. Thanks to the creator.
Good.
Convenient, simple, stylish and eliminates uninvited guests.
Looks great, simple to use, but there's an issue with the script that makes its behaviour quite random
I've been using this box for quite some time now and it kind of worked, but with weird behaviour sometimes: avatars ejected when they shouldn't, or avatars not being ejected when they should. I finally had a look at the script inside the box and I spotted the issue: the test on whether the detected avatar is within the secure zone boundaries is not written properly.
Fortunately, the script is modifiable so it was an easy fix. I've contacted the designer to tell him about the issue and the fix I did. My version of the security script is 0.8, so if yours is higher than that, I guess that will mean that the problem has been fixed.
Perfection in security
I only wanted my house with a security feature, not my whole parcel. The option to restrict it to one small house size area is flawless. As in specific coordinates, not a generic range from security itself. There is no easier and more effective system out there, than this one.
