I am the creator of this necklace.
This is a response to the review of Zakusie Zessinthal.

Today I read your negative review in the market place.

That is very outrageous and I would say that the responsibility rests with you.

First of all, you have visited the in-world store and sent me several IMs and a couple of note cards.

And I did not answer those ones, because I remember the content was, “I would buy necklace, bracelets, and nails as a set, but I do not have enough money, so please make price discount”, insisting on lower prices.

I would not comply with such requests, and beyond that you sent me the same contents twice, so I muted impolite you.

I guess you bought them in the market place later.

As I mentioned above, I have muted you and I did not receive any IM or note card since then if any.

There is no customer service for such an insulting person like you.

Yes, the product looks great and stuff i would give 4 stars for the quality alone.
Despite that the customer service is the worse i've ever seen. I've been trying to contact the creator before buying this for about 2 weeks!!
I'm fine with late reply, at least i get a reply BUT this! NO REPLY at all! It's been 2 weeks. I sent him notecards, IM him when i catch him online.. but still.. nothing at all for 2 weeks.
So yes, 4 stars for the quality, although a little expensive.
