To accompany the filler buildings I have available, you can now actually use some stores in your run down shopping area. They may look abandoned and filthy, but I am sure that with some elbow grease these quality structures can be quite useful for anyone to use as a store or even a home ?

With a prim count somewhere between the 13 and 18 there won't be many reasons why these won't fit in your urban build. Please check the Image for exact prim counts and footprint.
