The only thing you have to do is rez the cloud tree. The tree is only 2 prims. Rez as many as you want because they are copyable.

Misleading and Disappointing: Avoid This Particle Tree!
Beware of the particle tree claiming to be 2 prims! In reality, it's a whopping 25 prims, far from the advertised count. This tree arrived textureless, looking broken and distorted. Trying to rez it in my small space became a nightmare due to the false advertisement. Save yourself the trouble – this purchase is a regrettable waste of both Lindens and virtual space.
