Refunds may be requested for defective items. When requesting a refund please send a note card to Calamity Hathaway in Second Life with the full name of the item, the date purchased, the location of the purchase, a brief explanation of why you want a refund and the price you paid for it. Also, include a cut-and-paste copy of the transaction from your account transaction history.
