Contact: "guardianx" - with a Notecard ! and IM to indicated you have sent a support request. In the notecard we expect you to share the: Order number associated with your purchase, together with a clear problem description. Do make effort to give a detailed indication of what the nature of your problem is to prevent delays. There is no garantee to a solution - because you are obligated to take notice of what you agree on when choosing an item.
