I specialize in well scripted objects with low impact on servers. Mesh is designed in low poly mesh formats to reduce lag across the grid. Commissions for both scripts and mesh are possible if personal time permits.

Most objects will be sold as copy / mod or copy, refunds are relatively rare and would only happen if the object simply does not work, user error is not considered. Full perm objects come with end user license agreements to not distribute the object freely. While not required, any full perm objects resold as new objects repackaged I ask for a 1-5% commission or tip on the item based on sales.
