Blinkscript makes prims blink just by changing the prim color, glowing and light emission of the prim. No particle effects are used, hence the prim is blinking 'in real', the effect can be also seen by a viewer with deactivated particle effects.
BlinkScript supports up to 300 color changing steps, while a single script can control the whole object. The script uses the sleep command instead a timer (which reduces the script). New blinking steps can be added easilly.
Usage of BlinkScript
Just put the script '!blinkscript!' into the prim that should blink, if more than one prim should blink synchronously, the root prim is preferrable. Now copy and edit the notecard 'bsconfig' in your inventory, and finally put into the choosen prim where the script is installed. That's all.
The product package supplies a configuration template (the notecard bsconfig) and multiple configuration examples (notecard 'smpl...' and 'ext...') You are also free to use an example configuration, edit it and rename to 'bsconfig' in order the script can find it.
Examples with names starting by 'ext' use an extended configuration syntax, they are preferable: The configuration runs faster and you can extend the program by more steps.

Updating BlinkScript
To update BlinkScript, you have to be close ot an update orb rezzed inwold in JFS main store. Being there, just rezz the product box or use the key holder. In the opened menu just hit the update button to receive the updated box.

Super simple to use with many example cards that are easy to understand and edit. Only problem is I can't use it in my builds. I would love to use this for builds. Could you please offer a version that I could use for that?

description of use requires adding notecard along of with script but where was notecard? would be helpful for of those not knowing of how script.
perfect script for that price
first of all...didnt expect to get so many examples....and a real outstanding explanation (44 pages) with hints and details in English and German. As I needed it for a special purpuse (lighthouse with realistic blink phases (3 times - pause - 3 times)....it worked real well...and to make the lightbeam structure invisible at dark phases in daylight...asked jenna for help and got perfect support.

This script didnt come with a config NC, Not everyone knows how to make a config card to make ur script work, what a waste of L$.
