This build uses the rez-faux system. When buying it may appear no-mod, but after rezzing the structure all parts are fully modifyable. To rez the build, just put the rez-faux box on the front-center of your land and press 'Rez'from the menu. If you rotate or move the rezbox, the build will follow afterwards in a few seconds.

The building features a dark and industrial atmosphere. All textures are fully hand drawn by Tomarus Lednev. The floors use 2 32x32 megaprims and the roof uses some other sizes megaprims too. It should normally not be a problem. Without megaprims the build would be about 60 prims more.

When you rez this build, 4 vendorboards will be rezzed too. These boards are 9 prims each and have decorative lights for your products. You can easily remove these vendorboards since they are separate objects.
