Experience Second Life as never before as a living, breathing DINOSAUR! This fully-featured Mesh Avatar includes:
* 100% mesh avatar body with all new realistic animations and improved AO.
* Model based on the skeletal drawings of Scott Hartman (www.skeletaldrawing.com), used with permission, for increased paleontological accuracy.
* All-new single attachment HUD control with 24 action buttons, preloader for sounds and animations, help and options. Roar, fight, eat, drink, poop, sleep, build nests, lay eggs, play dead, and enjoy Second Life as a living, breathing dinosaur!
* Brand new Customiser HUD features over 40 customisation options including 16 skin themes (2 unique to the dinosaur species, 14 terrain-themed including never before seen Mountain, Plains, Midnight, Swamp and Snow themes) numerous eye, tooth, and claw options, and a new option to create your own textures and store them as "Custom Themes" to be switched to at the press of a button!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Accept both the Information Notecard and the object sent to you by Marketplace.
2. Find the object in your "Received Items" folder, or do a search for "Dawn Kingdoms" in your inventory.
3. Rez the object.
4. Click the object and follow the instructions. You should receive a number of folders in your inventory with the complete avatar.
*PLEASE NOTE*
- This item is 100% mesh and will not work without a mesh compatible viewer!
- HUD scripts excepting the AO will not function on any land set to "No Scripts".
- Objects rezzed by the HUD will not be rezzed on lands set to "No Build."

Cute model, not so cute animations.
The animations could definitely use work... Like with a lot of the Prehistorica avatars, the feet tend to drift quite a bit and some of the animations are a little awkward, especially the walk. The rhythm is off. As adorable as the model itself is, I can't get past those animations.
Beautiful ugly dino baby
The mesh looks good, under 8k display, pretty low-poly. However this av inworld is really.. something. The avatar has random idle animations to make it look more alive, which is good, but every time it does there's a 'shfft' noise, and always the same 'shfft' noise. Maybe a very quiet cooing would've been more appropriate? Apparently the baby Diplodocus makes this noise too, and I can't figure out if it's toggleable.
The animations are also sort of odd. The baby will chase it's tail for one turn, which looks like it's torso was just rotated and the legs float around. In fact a lot of the idle animations have the legs just smoothly moving across the floor, instead of taking steps or anything that makes it feel like there's weight or gravity involved. The 'Frolic' animation has a similar issue, because the dinosaur slides on it's butt, and I don't really understand that one.
However aside from the 'shfft' noise and the idle animations being strange, the rest of the animations look pretty good and it's a solid avatar, as well as I believe the only one of it's kind, and I don't see any of these points as enough to push people away from it. If you want to be a baby T-rex, this is your baby T-rex.
