Once ya get past the set up (using mine with an shx product) it's a breeze. no need to worry about anything at all...takes care of itself! Love, love, love their program!

I'm not what you'd call a "bot expert", so when I was looking for a simple "fire and forget" solution to provide group invites to my store and handle my land rental groups, it seems that all fingers pointed to SmartBots. For the first time through the setup, I have to admit it was a bit of a struggle, but within 15-20 minutes I had my first bot up and running on my shop's parcel and the invites were configured with a landmark.
My next step is to integrate the inviter SmartBot with CasperLend (a land leasing system from CasperTech), and apparently they do work together, but so far the documentation to make that happen is nowhere to be found. So if I had one criticism in this review, that lack of documentation is one. Otherwise, so far I'm happy. Can't beat a free trial to see how you like it. :)
