Brilliant product
I use the smartbot along with my WKS greeter and it is so easy and effective to use. For those of us that can't be bothered to keep asking if people would like an invitation to VIP group. This way they get the option once and then they can ask us later if they regret not accepting.
Easy to use, cheap and does what it is supposed to do.

I have had nothing but horrible customer service support since i went with the bots for my buisnesses..... most of there support team is rude and no one could help me with my issues i filled a ticket never got a response........ my bots were offline for hours and no support at all...... why would you want to pay for something you can not use?? I will take my buisness elsewhere.... when my time is up here with them... and i guess it doesnt matter cuz i can not use what i bought anyways.......
