This neat script will allow you to create objects that can float on water or in midair with full bobbing motion, similar to how a boat would bob up and down on water.
The script is also touch activated and uses physics to create a realistic floating motion.
Full permission just in case you wish to make any adjustments.

and im not standing on dock piece at bottom of natural linden water because it sunk

Jerky Movement
I mean, it does what it says but the movement is so jerky it looks really bad, unfortunately. I would keep looking.
Works exactly as the creator says..
I would love to slow it down as I used this in floating lights in a pool but it works great otherwise.
Works well for small floating objects
Worked very well for me creating a scene with some floating corpses. And buoys that bob in the water to mark the dangerous shallow rocks on which their ship got wrecked. Easy to understand script. With some basic scripting skills you can fit it to the situation.
