This is an attack of sailor Pluto inspired from the manga comic.
This Gesture has sound from the original japanese series and a new animation i made. If you play this gesture with holding the Pluto Chronos Typhoon Prim parts 1+2 It will create some surprises & light effects to the Scepter automatically!
