For all my builds, be the ones listed on MP or in world.
Rez the vehicle; right click on it to edit, delete the api script inside and the prim with the api id GTFO!xxx
Then drop inside the new script and the notecard with the same name as the prim.

You should not have to use the 1.8.6 script.
The latest script is included with the latest operator kit (which as of today is 1.9.2). If you need to redeliver the operator kit, please see the redelivery boards at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/De%20Campion/54/234/62
