My GF bought this as a gift for me on the evening of the masquerade ball. When I opened it, it contained 2 notecards and the LM for the store--NO MASK! I went to the store and couldn't find help. She had been so excited about it that I didn't want her to know there was a problem, so I bought another one. The second one came complete. It's a pretty nice mask, if you happen to get it. It appears to me that your chances are about 50/50.
