It is copy/mod (but scripts are no mod).
2 sizes are included for different sized avatars (small and large).

I gave this five stars because in terms of price and quality you can't go wrong. Low land cost, great textures, great build, and some lovely animations. My only critique is that a few of the animations were made for a different kind of telescope where you look down into an upward-facing lens. That, and they're not really meant to work with short avatars.

I will have this telescope forever. It has some really awesome animation sequences, some poses for photo opp's, and the textures, etc., are really high-quality.
I love the stars, and this is one of my favourite items in my house.
