1. Rental box displays late texture and how much time late

OLDER FEATURES:
- NO HIDDEN COMMISSIONS.
- Easy set up in 5 minutes using SETTINGS NOTECARD
- Before rental, rental boxes can DISPLAY CUSTOM INFORMATION, such as prim limits, price, and owner information.
- Rental box can give out INFO NOTECARD to prospective renters when touched.
- Owner can also MANUALLY SET renter information as well as numbers of days rented. This can be useful for RESERVING space for a renter.
- Owner can CUSTOMIZE NON-RENTED, RENTED, and LATE TEXTURES of rental boxes.
- Owner can set whether rental box changes POSITION when rented.
- owner can set whether to DISPLAY AREA or not (added due to some situations that don't need area in square meters displayed)
- After rental, rental box will display RENTER NAME, RENTAL TIME, and PRIM COUNT.
- Rental box will SEND EXPIRY NOTICES to renter when rental time is about to expire and will send EXPIRY OF LEASE notice to owner when renter has left or the lease has expired.
- Owner can set REFUND FEE for renters who want to leave early.
- PRIM COUNTER will keep track of prims for each renter (+ additional prim users!), and send notices to owner of any PRIM VIOLATIONS until the problem is rectified. Prim Counters have to be in the same parcel as rental boxes because they make use of the About Land feature of SL. Prim Counters must also be owned by the land owner (if land is group owned, prim counters must also be owned by same group)

- RENTAL MONITORS will allow you to VIEW ALL RENTER INFORMATION for all rented boxes in a region.

simple and works perfectly
The rental box was very easy to set up, I was even able to move the scripts etc into another object so I did not have to use the modern box on my medieval sim. (I have had some help from Lemursecurity and they are prompt and friendly and helped resolve my problems...which were mine not the products lol.)

I've been using this rental system for a while and the creator has made various mods at my suggestion and it's evolved into something that is just really really good value for money and simple to use I think - not expensive, no commissions, counts prim usage and sends warnings if the allocation set is exceeded, full copy/mod, you can use your own textures, I can tailor it to my own needs, and it's easy for people renting from me to get the hang of. What I like too is that I can change the settings mid-rental to e.g. add prims and increase the price if needs and then manually reset it to the number of days left. Oh and the creator is just the most helpful guy you'll ever meet!
Great Rental Box
This is a great rental box. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I had a question about the box and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend.
