Local Texture UUID Tool - Tool for Obtaining Local Texture UUIDs for Vehicle Customization

The NTBI Local Texture UUID Tool is a free, full-permissions tool that lists off texture UUIDs for any face touched on the tool.

This can be used to get local texture UUIDs for application on NTBI vehicles, or any other application where local texture UUIDs are needed.

Remember to upload your local texture and use it instead once you are done!
