Keep in mind this is Baked On Mesh - Which means you need to have that turned on in your body HUD. This uses a tattoo layer to apply to the body.

If you want the toes to be covered and actually look like socks you need an add on by Toddleedoo, which is free in the main store. Called: Extra Tools. Inside you'll see an item named: 3 - Socks BOM ONLY - BABY (ToddleeDoo) be sure to ADD that on and then wear the full length version of the tights.
