Egypts oldest Goddess Crown is now available for everyone in full 3D ,has 16 Li ,but is to use for the Avatar Head ,so you can wear it ,only fact is ,a Designer can easy make it Scripted with Resizer or Color Changer etc.
Comes with UV Maps,AO Maps and Textures

o.O 14 LI in minimum size?! Ok this manufacture is not able to use the SL mesh upload tool
Li of 0,5 - 1 would be expected.

In this case it's only usable as an attachment, but not for other creations.
