This is nothing on the product, this is about customer services!
The installer for this didn't work, took me and a rep good Hour to figure out that it only works on the Clothing Object that is with the body. If you are gonna use this make sure you apply Torso/hands to the upper SL Clothing Object Upper and Legs to SL Clothing Object Lower and you will be fine from there.
Other than this the services is really top notch! I really applaud the person that took their sleep hours to help! I hope this helps you on getting cloths as not everything is easy.
