Simple but classy
I like this top but as ppl have previously stated theres work involved to get those ruffles right. It's very nice quality though. Smart & sexy look!
Somewhat
tricky to get the prims to fit near perfect, but it's SL so nothing is absolutely perfect. It'll do. I'll wear it.

Needs tweaking, but it's worth it.

This outfit DOES require tweaking when it comes to the ruffles in the front. I spent maybe about 10-15minutes on it, but that's because I'm a perfectionist (my avatar is smaller than average, with small boobs).
I can see people wearing this with a skirt, pants and short shorts. For a slightly different feel, I went with a pair of high waist of shorts. Worked like a charm.
