To use this script you must place it inside an object that you would like to force attach to another avatar.
How To Force Attach:
Type in to local chat, for example
/9 attach stevoid
The avatar name can be partial and a mix of upper and lower case characters, the script will find the closest match and attempt to force attach the object to them using RLV. If the person doesn't have RLV enabled, it will send them a request they must accept, otherwise this process will be skipped and forcibly attached to them!
That's it! Super simple!

Does not force attachment at all
Unfortunately this script does NOT force attachment. The target still gets a dialogue box asking permission to attach so not a lot of use really. :(
