I leave HUD based items no mod (most of the time) by default because many people were breaking or deleting scripts out of the items with out saving a back up copy. Pretty hoodie but limited in it's use.
This hoodie looks great and as is it is a really well done and high quality product. The textures are all really lovely and there are enough sizes to fit most bodyshapes.
I did only give 3 Stars for two reasons though:
First the price is really heavy even for something well done 600L is quite a bunch.
The second actually ties into the first which is that you can't use 90% of modern days hairs with this hoodie. You'll end up having to find and buy a new hair for each look you want to make with this hoodie. There is also no "hoodie down" option for it that could help out with this issue.

would be even better if it had a hood down option aswell.
