* Play pose directly:
Double click on the pose file and choose play animations. Your avatar will play the pose wherever you are. No rez right is required.

* Use the provided pose ball:
Rez the provided poseball on the floor. Right click on it. Choose Edit then go to the Inventory Tab. Drag the pose file to the poseball's inventory. Finally, sit on the poseball to use the pose. The pose ball only supports one animation/pose file. To use multiple poses, please rez multiple poseballs.
