Help it worked only once but when I tried to switch to blonde the hair piece disappeared and now none of them work

lovelovelove this hairbase. saw it on another girly and asked, now it's my #1 go to for ALL avs. people complaining about the style don't know what babyhair is... the neckline is really cute and nothing is wrong with the applier lmao. it even includes a more cleaned up version around the forehead if you don't want such a "messy" look, but to me that is the point... it's babyhair. def recommend this item and will be getting more from this creator

the hairbase is too messy,, it going to my neck.. idk why... is it the style or bug,, i spend L$250 but do not wear it.. i hope the creator could fix this,, i really like this hairbase,, but well, now i think i don't wear it,, so can i get my money back???
