These boots are COPY-Only unrigged mesh. Each boot contains a script allowing you to adjust the size to fit your avatar. You should make a copy before resizing. Click the boot to access the menu, which will allow you to resize entire, or resize by individual axes (X, Y or Z). Once you're done resizing you can delete the script using the Delete button in the script menu.
