Just the perfect beach house
It's cute, small and doesn't take up a lot of room. I've added a few of my own touches to make it even more perfect. No need to landscape since this already is. Just fine for a bachelor with a sailboat! For L$600 it's a bargain!

I fell in love with this little home! It's cute and cozy and although I've modified it so it's how I want it it's brilliant just as it comes. Very good value too.
