These are Slow Growing Clouds. Texture change and appearance of the clouds is different all the time.
The box comes with 2 clouds, each having a different radius.
The clouds are copyable, so you can put down as much as you want and play with the formation of them. By rotating the (invisible) box the clouds will behave different. To be able to see the invisible box, hit Ctrl Alt t and the box will become red.
Each time you copy the clouds while rezzed you will have to click the box to make the clouds work again.
Land impact is only 1 per box.
The clouds does not cause lag because each box contains only 2 particles per rate and the rate is only 2.5.
By looking at my avatar you can indicate how big the clouds are.

Good and great detail, but no MOD
These are great for what they do. They were not exactly what I wanted because they can not be tweaked and amended. Being no mod is a bummer, built my own.
