This item looks great and I've used in in quite a few builds over the last year. While the land impact is a bit high, it's certainly worth it. The only minor issue I do have is that there are some LOD issues with pop-out when zoomed out past around 40-60m (depending on the piece). While this would normally be a nonissue for smaller items, because I have used this item on large space or outdoor builds it can become noticeable if paying attention.
