For this applier to work, you must have the top already activated on your Lolas otherwise this top will be invisible once applied.
To do this, click on your lolas MESH and pick <Clothing>, then <TankTop>.
Once you are done, wear *TC*'s applier HUD to apply your top.

Cute outfit, skirt was a nice touch but it took me a while to fit it as best as I could.
