Texture or Picture Display with Menu Link to Web Page URL or SLUR giver Sign 1 Prim (boxed)
You can make copies and it will give the link to any URL or SLUR of your choice. (as for the 3 star review) The script is modify so you dont' need to pay extra for anything other that the texture of yours you want to add if you do not already have it in your inventory!
You just open the script and add the URL or SLUR line 10 between the green quotes and change hover text then add the texture to show where it will go.
Save and your set .Easy.

I just got this, and it seems to work fine but you have to pay another 10L$ for the script if you want to rewrite it..
