Talk about keeping it simple! You just want a simple place to hang your hat with a little character. For the total beach bum, we have this beautifully rustic 2 room beach hut. Who needs 15 bedrooms and 32 toilets to enjoy their home. It also has a great little porch to watch those golden sunsets or just to take pot shots at the neighbors for steppin' on your property! This comes unfurnished because you just gotta make it your own! This house is only 26 prim and even if you add all the curtains, the stove and the kitchen sink it's STILL only 57 prim total!
This would also be great in a forest or Bayou setting.

nice but literally pointless
seems the creator needs to learn how to set permissions on their rezzers, once the contents are rezzed i cant rez anymore and after a few minutes out the items self destruct
