A cartoon-style hair of excellent quality and at a very good price.
Personally I was able to try it on most "Utilizator" heads and it fits perfectly on all of them.

using a Lelutka head this fit very well, it may be maybe just a touch bigger than I would like but it still looks way better than I wsa expecting
The tinting was a little tricky for me to figure out but I got there
