Everything I've ever wanted!
There's plenty of room to fit your av, large or small, and about enough space to comfortably house 10 others including (added) furniture.
The whole thing is full of life, animations are fluid, and the lighting is great in any area. It's not pitch black inside the way it is in the photo - that's just a phantom privacy screen, which is amazing.
There's no possible way to get in unless you go through the black screen; I even got a door to attach to it to secure it perfectly.
It doesn't fit flat on the ground at first, but you can mod it to push it anywhere, so it doubles as a skybox.
Excellent product all around, whether you're a human, mermaid, or sea critter <3
