Actual Land Impact is much higher
First things first: This tree is absolutely beautiful. Every season's texture is exquisitely done and highly detailed. I love the look of this tree.
However, I cannot rate it highly because the land impact at full size (rezzed size) is supposed to be 3-7, and is actually 18. I bought the tree due to its advertised low LI, and I just can't rate it higher than 2 stars because of that.
However, if you have the LI to spare, you'll love this.
