The roughness map on this texture isn't...rough enough, gives you VERY little control over how shiny the texture itself is, even with reflection probes set up, it's impossible to get this to the kind of matte finish a real used floor would have, and makes it look terribly out of place if not EVERY other texture is PBR

The creator forgot to put the pbr texture itself into the folder at first. After I worte a review about this, thought he was scamming, he contacted me and apologized to let me know he just forgot the pbr itself to be put into the folder. So in the end he gave a new folder to me, apologized and explained himself very friendly. And the PBR is just high quality actually. Looks awesome
