Very nice dress compliments the body but..
Please do not take this personally but if you would like to improve ! then you will appreciate my review. The weight painting on the right collar region is not good compared to the left, I would hope for an improved version ( though unlikely ) since you have rolled out a few of the same designs by now.

I am a perfectionist hence I was able to notice that the right collar region do not moves with the body probably because the weight painting in that region was not done properly. It sinks in with the body with certain pose. Tested with a few size ( body shape / dress size ) and with a female friend of mine as well.
I will cross my hands for an updated improved version but netherlessly you did well.
