MESH WARNING:

This house is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable.

Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.

House mesh are linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.

Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.

Saying all this, be careful how you change and modify your home and enjoy it :)

I really love this house. With minor details!

The colors are awesome, such lively greens but they aren't so bright everywhere that you get dizzy. It feels modern and smooth and very livable.

There's room to walk around or add lots of furniture if you want, but it also has a little separation between the rooms so each has a slightly different feel. If you want, you could arrange them to face different outside scenery and have many kinds of atmosphere in one house. I really like that.

It's very spacious. But with that, you should be aware that it takes up very close to an entire 1024. (It's a pretty square layout really though you can't tell from the pictures.) Personally, I think it's a bit dodgy to simply say "it fits" on a 1024. Maybe if it's only for a skybox... Yes the house itself just barely fits, but you will probably feel crowded if you don't have clear views outside your windows. The first floor views are mostly between vertical beams (it feels a little caged, depending whether you like that), but the second floor wants to have bigger views.

Lock down the prims as soon as you are happy with the placement. I'm not used to partial mesh buildings, but anyway I found it's very easy to accidentally "Take" just the top of the house if you make a little mistake trying to pick up something else inside. And when you do, what you end up accidentally "Taking" is the whole upper half of the house (all the roofs and privacy are linked together) and even if you put it back, the house setup utility gets confused by this and you may have to start over. I'm sure this can happen with lots of buildings, but yes lock it up right away to avoid this.
