Items sold as copyable are always non-refundable purchases. If there is any way I can help someone resolve a reasonable issue I am happy to do so.
Most weapons are specific to particular role-play systems, Incorrectly purchasing a weapon for the wrong system or for an incorrect user level does not qualify for refunding as weapons are copyable.
