Advertisement Server
設置方法：
1) Server および Receiver を地面にRezして下さい。
2) 自動でリンクされます。
3) リンクされたAdvertisement Receiver をTakeしてください。
4) 配布先に Receiver を送付してください。
使用方法：
フローティングテキストおよびテクスチャは、１分毎に自動的に更新されます。
サーバに入れたノート、ランドマーク、オブジェクトは、Receiver をクリックされると配布されます。

Well, i kept 1 star for the very brief instructions :)
It's pretty simple: Drop a texture and an item (I tested it with a NC) into the server (edit/content tab).
The receiver will update withi a minute and display the texture. You get the NC by clicking it.
Click the server to add a hovertext to the receiver.
