Works in no-script zones (must be worn before entering zone).
Maximum SL scanner range is 96m.

1. Wear the HUD
2. Type part or all of the prim's name in Channel 8. Eg to search for Blue Couch, type '/8 blu' or 'Blu' or 'ouch' (not case sensitive).
3. As matching names are found, Prim Hunter will list them in a private message with a TP link to their exact location.
Open Local Chat window (Ctrl-H) and click on link to teleport.
4. You can see the result of all searches since the last reset by clicking 'Found List'. This list will persist even if you crash or log out.

By default Prim Hunter will scan for prims every 5 seconds (rate) in a 360° radius for 20 m (range). You can change these settings by touching the screen icon and selecting 'Settings' in menu. For best performance and to reduce lag, choose the lowest range and highest rate that will gather your data. If you only want to scan in a forward direction, you can choose a narrower arc (90° or 180°).
The SL sensor function will only recognise the first 16 objects it finds in each scan. If your object does not appear instantly, keep moving (and turning, if not using 360° arc) to let the sensor scan a different area.
If the details of a lot of found objects are stored and the script runs low on memory, it will prompt you to reset the script, and eventually reset itself automatically to avoid crashing.

OMG!! This saved me from taking my skybox for the 2nd time...
I lost a gesture in my studio..not sure how but it was microscopic. Every time i went to take it, I took my skybox. :( LIfe saver for sure and worth every penny!

after buying two prim finders and being dissapointed, i found this one and gave it another try and its amazing, works great speacilly for hunts.
Amazing.
Only word to describe this, I am currently using this with the ZombiePopcorn event, within a few minutes walking around each zone it pops up with the hidden item location!

I had an object on my sim that would throw script errors no matter where I was on the sim. It wasn't causing any harm but it became very annoying. The problem was is that it was a very small transparent prim. This tool is easy to use, and it's adjustable range allowed me to find that little pain in the butt prim within moments. I wish I had it earlier. Thanks for making an economical life saving tool.
Useful and affordable
I must admit I was a little confused because as i walk around, the HUD actually displays names of different objects around me in the hovertext.
Other than that its a great little thing that really finds objects and gives you a direct SLURL in the main chat that only you can see!
But since I was confused I contacted the merchant, she replied me the next day and gave me a pic example and explained everything! Thats the most important:) I recommend it to all!
