Ok, so I don't write reviews, let's start there. Next, this build is from 2014. 9 years in SL is a very very long time. This was built of the highest quality then and still holds true today. Yes, I just bought it here in 2023. Only minor things like a seam here or there but you get that with any house if you look close enough. Some textures could be a higher resolution, but that's why we retexture things or walls right? Price of L$3990 paid and justified. Buy it, you won't regret it.
Amazing Quality, worth every $L
I've had a lot of houses in my long SL years, and I have to say, this is by far one of the best. I love love love this house. Exceptionally perfect for the back facing a beach. Front little room off the front door = perfect for a laundry room, Tower works great for an office, and 2 nicely sized rooms & a bath upstairs. Attention to detail shows. Very pleased.
