Not full perm
I neglected to read the review already posted here, sadly. UNHAPPY customer. Will never buy anything from them again.
Misleading advertisement
The item is NOT sent full perms. That's clear in the advertisement. However they neglect to say that sale is subject to approval. Once you send the notecard they will decide if they send the FP item or a refund. If you do not have a MP or inworld store, you will get a refund instead of the item. Much as I respect sellers. I cannot accept that such a policy is not clearly stated in the MP listing BEFORE you buy the product. A simple paragraph stating that purchase is subject to approval would suffice.
When you purchase this product you will receive a folder with NO TRANSFER items and instructions to send a NC to the seller. They will determine if you are an acceptable buyer. If you are a store owner you will probably be deemed acceptable. If you are not, you will probably get a refund. I suggest stating that in the advertisement to avoid misleading customers
