This is a gorgeous piece even the one that isn't furnished has enough trees to landscape the property around it. As with all the items I have bought so far the work is impeccable. Since it is mod I could even change the rock texture for a seamless build. I cannot say enough good things about this creator THEY REALLY CARE! The price is far less than it should be with this beautiful work! I do mesh work myself and this is top quality!
