The other reviewer obviously didn't understand the purpose of full perm mesh (i.e. add your own animations and such). The chair and table are definitely separate pieces. However the mesh is not well made with overlapping parts that aren't obvious in the photo.
Not worth it!
All 3 pieces are one piece, unscripted. the chairs have to be given a sit script or else your character will just sit wherever. This is worth L$1, certainly not L$250.
