Easy, Affordable, Fun
Ever since I started using Smartbots to send out invitations, instead of a basic object with a script that you click for a link that makes you go through several more steps... I have managed to more than quadruple the amount of group members in the same amount of time with the bot system that I had with the basic script url system. It's definitely worth it if you want to increase your marketability!

Great for what it does... my only con is it needs some kinda confirmation so we know exactly if the sheduled group IMs have been sent... I have no way of knowing as I am not a member of the groups my bot is member of .... otherwise great!
It takes work and getting used to.
So I just purchased this product and right off the back I was in love! That is until I found that it didn't offer all of the features I wanted, either at all or unless I did some additional purchasing. I didn't find the help staff very helpful ( I asked a question and got a "It's not possible, but several big stores use this product with no issue" type answer. I felt that was rather pretentious.), I ended up finding the answers I needed on my own, on the website. Aside from that, I have found this to be fun if nothing else. I love my little bot and am currently setting her up to suit my needs in my store. Not sure if I will be a long time customer or not, it's too early to tell. The system is easy to use once you get into it, before hand it's a bit much to take in, at least for me. But I do like my cute little bot and if I can set her up just right, I'll keep using the system a while. My only other qualm with this is having to teleport to the main store to fund the website wallet and that is only because I hate teleporting back and forth. But as stated no real issues and I'm sure once I figure it all out I'll love it even more.
