Extremely Slow Rotation Script (Clockwise)

This is a normal target-omega script at its lowest speed with the forth parameter (but first you have to lower the axle-speed parameter yourself). Nothing special. No description helps, if there would be a beginner using it. And everyone, who is able to click a "new script" in a prim, is able to set this very base 1-line omega with the addional speed parameter and can change them. Sorry, but 25L is much too much for a single script-freebie line and it is free in the web, too. Full permission is natural taken for granted in this case.
